I used to work for a Digital Agency and we had our site ripped off all the time - sometimes they wouldn't even bother to change bits of copy so we'd just find it by searching for some of our sentences in Google. One of them hadn't even changed the company name in some places! The best thing about http://gurdeepubhi.com is that he built the new version in Microsoft Office - so neither a very good designer or developer then... Unfortunately that’s what happens when you have a nice site design.
